AES Management Team

The success of AES has been guided by a management team that to adheres to the principles of “Satisfied customers make a successful company - Satisfied employees make a successful company”. Along with these principles, the AES Management team brings a disciplined and systematic approach and deep technical experience in systems engineering, software lifecycle management, operations expertise as well as large scale program management.

Ben Bicknell has overall responsibility for development and execution of AES growth strategies. Ron Hopkins oversees operational aspects of the group as well as leading the Information Systems business practice. Saul Bankaitis heads the Systems Engineering services element along with developing new business within the Pacific Northwest. Oksana Bardygula is responsible for the development of the Southwest Region Practice and brings her expertise in Operations Management the team.
