Saul has over 18 years of aerospace industry experience having consulted with The Boeing Company on studies for 787, the 767, the 747, and the Large Cargo Freighter programs. In his current role, Saul manages the Systems Engineering practice area and has spent the last six years developing relationships and Systems Engineering Consulting opportunities with Boeing. Saul’s past engagements at Boeing include working as a Systems Engineer working onsite implementing systems engineering best practices and established risk, requirements, and trade study management processes and reporting structures.  Prior to Tectura Saul consulted for Scitor Corporation for six years. In addition, Saul past responsibilities include operations concept development for satellite and launch vehicle programs at NASA Glenn Research Center.

Saul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
