Prior to joining Tectura, Joerg was head of executive business development at Cosmo Consult AG in Muenster, Germany. In this position, he was responsible for the bottom line of the company and its affiliates, and for developing business in the mid-market ERP space. During his tenure at Cosmo, he reorganized the company's affiliate portfolio, created and managed an international network of partners for implementing multinational projects, and managed the company's relationship with Microsoft Business Solutions, serving as a member of the Microsoft Business Solutions Strategic Partner Advisory Council.
Joerg previously had worked as an international product marketing engineer at Philips Semiconductors. There he served as the operational link between the business line and the regional sales organization in Europe. In addition, he was responsible for business and customer penetration plans, sales planning and controlling, relationship management with large strategic accounts in the telecommunication market, and product portfolio management. Joerg holds an MBA from the Muenster University of Applied Sciences.
