Duane Bell

Chief Financial Officer As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Duane Bell brings to Tectura a breadth of experience from senior operational and financial positions across industries, along with a solid background in the high technology sector.

Duane worked at KPMG LLP for almost 18 years over the course of his career. In his first 14 year stint with KPMG, he rose to the level of Partner, working with many Fortune 500 clients. He returned to KPMG LLP later in his career, as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for what was then KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint). Throughout his career, Duane also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for such companies as Exponent (formerly The Failure Group), for Cotelligent, for Tality (now part of Cadence Design Systems), for GoldenGate Software and Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer for MarketTools, Inc. Duane has spoken on numerous business and financial topics and has taught at the university level. Duane holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and is a CPA.
