Corporate Development
Vincent Castiglione is responsible for all of Tectura’s global merger and acquisition activities, including strategic alliances and joint ventures. In addition, he plays an active corporate liaison role for Tectura’s various international geographies. During Vincent’s tenure, Tectura has developed a true global presence, with operations in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Prior to joining Tectura, Vincent held various positions within boutique investment banking and business valuation consultancy firms serving mid-market companies. From 2001 to 2003, he served as vice president of SG Securities, where he provided transactional advisory services. Prior to joining SG Securities, Vincent was an assistant vice president with Imperial Bank’s investment banking unit, serving as a senior member of the mergers and acquisitions team.
Vincent holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University.
