Americas Operations
Kathleen Haley is responsible for all business operations across Tectura Americas Business Unit providing strategic and operational direction for the Americas' Sales and Professional Services teams. She brings more than 15 years of software-oriented services experience to Tectura.
Previously, Kathleen was vice president of worldwide field services at Sendmail, Inc., a premier thought leader for email architecture and email systems integration. Prior to that, she spent approximately seven years at Business Objects, a leading supplier of business intelligence software, as vice president of Professional Services in the Americas and as vice president of Global Services Operations.
In both these roles, Kathleen was responsible for creating infrastructures to support fast-paced services organizations which included building strong management teams, developing team member enrichment programs, and driving integration and standardization efforts to drive better efficiency out of her organizations. During her earlier professional years, Kathleen spent six years at Sybase, a pioneer in relational databases, and at Metaphor, an early leader in supplying business intelligence to corporate clients.
Kathleen holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Dominican University in California and has also studied International Studies at the American University in France.
