Lisa Mathias is the lead for all strategic planning around human resources initiatives to help Tectura obtain the vision of building a Great Place to Work. With a passion for developing great people and building high-performance teams, she is dedicated to helping ensure that Tectura’s business units can depend upon progressive human resource practices based on integrity, caring, and results; ongoing development of our global organization, including attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry; enabling all team members to achieve their greatest potential; and helping to establish a world-class leadership team to drive an enduring company.
With more than 12 years of experience in human resources, Lisa brings a history of building world class organizations through leadership positions in the high-tech industry. Lisa has been with Tectura since the company’s inception in September 2001. She was a member of the leadership team that came from Scitor Corporation and has played a key role in the growth of the company. Lisa also held various human resource management positions within small to medium sized organizations and prior to that held management positions within Blue Cross of California and NCR Corporation.
