Oksana Bardygula is an executive with 20 years of experience within the aviation and consulting industries. Leveraging her vast skill set, Oksana has a rare depth of functional expertise and creativity that, coupled with her dynamic leadership qualities, enable her to lead teams with diverse capabilities to achieve optimum results.

Prior to her work at Tectura, Oksana was a Junior Partner in the Aviation Practice at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) where she lead teams providing process improvements, organizational re-design and program management methodologies, achieving over $15M in client savings over 5 years. At Bombardier, she developed, marketed and managed reliability and engineering services for the Commercial Aviation Services division, a start-up venture, which achieved $30 million in revenues by its second year of operation. Oksana was the founder and CEO of the MYRA group, a small aviation and manufacturing consulting firm and has held technical and management positions at Boeing (formerly McDonnell Douglas) and FedEx.

Oksana holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a FAA Airframe Mechanic license from Northrop University, a Professional Coaching certificate, and a Six Sigma Certification. She has lived and served clients in the Americas, Western Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Oksana speaks Ukrainian, Polish and moderate Russian.
