Ben Bicknell has been with Tectura since the company’s inception. As part of the founding management team, and now as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Ben continues to be an integral part of the vision and execution of Tectura’s business plan. Ben’s experience, vision, and empowering leadership has translated to a business unit that excels in both client and employee satisfaction.

In his years with Tectura, Ben has held several positions including director of the Northwest Region, General Manager of the West Region, and Director of U.S. Operations. Ben’s 30 years of experience includes management and engineering consulting, business development, and P&L responsibility. For Tectura Applied Engineering Solutions, Ben is currently focused on expanding Tectura’s capabilities in complex product development and information systems in regulated and highly controlled industries. 

Before joining Tectura, Ben’s career began with Lockheed-Martin Corporation where he analyzed and designed payloads for the Space Shuttle and Titan Booster. He joined Scitor Corporation in 1987 and spent fourteen years on various large scale projects including Satellite Programs, 777 Airplane Integration and Test,  the National Wind Tunnel, and numerous process development and improvement implementations. Ben holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
