Timesheet - "New"
ReQlogic’s Project Timesheet module for Dynamics GP takes full advantage of ReQlogic’s comprehensive workflow capabilities. Transactions can be routed to any number of reviewers based on dynamic routing policies. For example; transactions can be automatically routed to project managers, project business managers, employee managers, and others. ReQlogic’s advanced workflow engine can use any criteria to determine an approval path, such as project, cost category, bill type, position, department, pay code, hours, daily totals, project customer and any other field in related tables. Missing timesheet report and alerts help administrators ensure timesheets are submitted by a deadline. Flexible delegation options are also available.

ReQlogic automates purchasing and vendor invoicing cycles, improving the efficiency and accuracy of transactions and driving down costs. With ReQlogic’s easy to use 100% browser interface and real-time integration with Microsoft Dynamics, employees can submit and review transactions anytime, from anywhere.
Create Flexible Routing Policies
ReQlogic allows you to define an unlimited number of approval and workflow steps. Routing criteria can be based on any attributes of a transaction including: value, type, commodity, user, department, group, project, GL code, vendor, item, budget, personal authorization level and user defined fields. Authorized reviewers may make changes to the transaction, delegate to another reviewer for approval, either on the fly or for a specified date range, ask a question of another user who can respond, or reject a transaction.
Empower Employees To Process Their Expenses
Employees can enter their expense reports, or import expenses from bank and credit card accounts regardless of the originating currency. The workflow engine ensures the appropriate approval takes place and budget control ensures compliance with departmental budgets. Real-time integration into the ERP eliminates duplicate entry. Online Receiving
With ReQlogic’s Online Receiving module, a decentralized approach to receiving goods, users at remote sites can create receiving transactions for themselves or others from their desk using ReQlogic’s easy-to-use web interface, and facilitate the invoice matching process.
PunchOut — Connect To Your Vendors’ Catalogs
PunchOut makes it possible for a buyer to access a supplier's website from within ReQlogic. The requester leaves ("punches out" from) their company's system and goes to the supplier's browser-based catalog to locate and select items. When “checking out” the contents of the shopping cart are transferred into an open requisition, which in turn is routed for appropriate approval(s) and converted to a purchase order.
ReQlogic Mobile
The ReQlogic mobile interface enables users to use their web enabled phone, PDA, or BlackBerry device to track the status of requisitions and expenses. The mobile interface also enables reviewers to review requisitions, expenses and vendor invoices, and take approval actions, as needed.
Invoice Approval & Check Request
Process non-PO vendor invoices and check requests through ReQlogic’s advanced routing engine. The ability to attach scanned documents ensures reviewers are able to make informed decisions. Real-time integration into the ERP eliminates duplicate entry.
Easily Customize The User Interface
ReQlogic includes extensive and easy to use customization tools. Menu icons and favorite shortcuts can be defined to enhance usability. Text customization allows for labels and comments to be changed. Screen-level customization allows you to define new fields and use them within workflow rules. Validation lists can be defined in conjunction with these new user fields. Fields may be marked as required, read only, or hidden. Views can be customized so that users are restricted to see only the values that apply to them (e.g., items, accounts, vendors, etc). Email templates make it easy to tailor email notifications.
