Tom Galambos manages Tectura’s global and industry solutions business worldwide. He is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy for vertical solutions, meeting top-line revenue goals, supporting operations in North America and Europe, and overseeing channel and distribution programs. As a member of Tectura’s Operations team, Tom also supports all corporate merger and acquisition activities, strategy development, and executive-level interaction with Microsoft.
Tom brings to Tectura 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In that time, he has held numerous executive positions and has spearheaded strategic planning and major business change efforts on a global scale. Through his business development and proposal activities, he has played a key role in securing more than $750 million in contracts and opening new areas of business that have become significant sources of revenue. In addition, he has demonstrated expertise in devising and executing business development strategies, building service organizations, leading large technology projects, and integrating international practices.
Tom has been with Tectura since its inception, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the company. Before assuming his current position, Tom established and led Tectura’s national Axapta practice. Prior to that, he managed all operations and had profit-and-loss responsibility for the Central and East regions of the United States. Tom had worked at Scitor Enterprise, before it spun off into Tectura in 2001, and previously at Analex. He was selected for the early executive development program while at Lockheed Martin Corporation and performed in a number of roles before joining Analex. He has a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado and has completed post-graduate coursework in organizational development, leadership, and management.
